Members can sign up for text messaging reminders with our Member Service Center. The member will receive a text message reminder 24 hours prior to their scheduled appointment time. Please note that these text message reminders are not a guarantee that transportation has been secured and are simply meant to remind the member that a trip is scheduled in the event the member needs to re-schedule or modify their appointment time.
