If you want to sign up online, you will first need to visit the Access2Care Login Page to set up your member profile. If you are a new user, click on “New User” and the system will walk you through the steps to set up your account.
Have your important information handy:
- Medicaid or Membership ID number
- Email address
- Phone number
- Name of your Insurance provider/health plan
- Date of birth
- Address including zip code
If you need help, just call your health plan’s dedicated toll-free number to speak with one of our contact center associates.
Once you set up your profile, you will be able to sign up for text message reminders.
