Our reputation with provider networks is based on partnership. We are committed to timely, accurate payment for services provided.

Access2Care has the financial resources to pay providers regardless of the status of payments from clients. We do not hold payment to providers. Our transportation providers are paid accurately and timely for authorized and completed trips.

The maximum time frame for processing claims and making payment to providers is 100 percent in 21 days. Tracking provider claims and turnaround time are fundamental factors of our reimbursement program. Claims are either electronically date stamped when submitted via the Web site by providers or, if submitted by paper, are date stamped upon receipt. All turnaround time is measured based upon the claim number and the received date to the payment or denial notification.
