  • An in-house Compliance Officer who reports independently to the company’s Board of Directors
  • The Compliance Officer leads a compliance team that meets monthly to review policies and procedures to ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulations
  • Conducting live corporate compliance training for all new employees as well as providing mandatory annual corporate compliance refresher training for all employees
